TASTING NOTES

Pure, refined. The aroma brings warm honey with hints floral hedgerow combined with unmistakable Oak. Smooth on the palate, nuanced with layers of toast, Williams Pears and Egremont Russet Apples; a soft touch of citrus zest add brightness; while a gentle toffee and spice rounds off the finish.
