An exquisitely peated single malt English whisky. Made from English Barley, distilled in England, using purest English water, and matured in finest English Oak, crafted by English Coopers. The Valley of Smoke cask has an additional peat smoking after the charring process, making each sip an experience of Truly Authentic English Whisky.

TASTING NOTES

Deep, yet very fresh. The aroma takes you to those chill winter twilights with the clean smoke of open fires. Smooth on the palate, the complex peat flavours hit straight away, leaving you feeling the sea is just beyond the edge of the moor; a tingling pepperiness with a touch of citrus briefly cut through the lingering smoke and spice.
